Who We Are: We use a family recipe from the 1940's, originated in Kansas. We use the same brand of natural hickory liquid smoke that was used then. Use our sweet hickory sauce for BBQ or make a dip -- you name it...you can use it! Limited only by your imagination. If you think it might taste good -- try it! It probably will!
Markets We Attend: We attend Glens Falls, Queensbury and the Glens Falls Winter Markets. (Also: Gansevoort, Fort Edward, Hudson Falls, Schroon Lake and Warrensburg).
